Relic Refurbishing is a boutique interior styling and home staging company founded in 2024
by Liz Franz with a passion for curating furnishings and creating spaces that are both
inviting and inspiring.
Based out of Oak Park, IL, we primarily serve Chicago and West Chicago suburbs.
Staging
We work with real estate agents and homeowners to showcase each space in its best light considering furniture placement, sightlines and flow from room to room, coloring, lighting and styling.
With a thoughtfully collected mix of old and new, we'll help bring out the warmth and heart of each home, helping buyers see the potential and envision themselves living there.
Finding the perfect piece for a particular space is what we love most so we’re always sourcing new inventory. The result is rooms that feel edited and listings that feel uniquely presented.
Styling
We work with clients to help enhance their spaces with an eye for both function and style - considering furniture and its placement, sightlines and flow from room to room, texture, lighting, coloring and overall design cohesion.
With a thoughtfully collected mix of old and new, we can help bring out the distinctive character of you and your home.

We specialize in executing projects with a focus on cosmetic enhancements vs. full-on renovation.
